CRM Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are hiring for a CRM Sales Manager job in  Andheri East, Saki Naka (Near Saki Naka Metro) Candidate should have a minimum of 1 & Above years’ experience, gender will be Any & age not more than 35 years, and have Qualification Bachelor in Business Administration Marketing or related field This vacancy is for the Manufacturing industry. Candidate should have experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot.  Salary will be negotiable for the right candidate.

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage and update customer data in the CRM system.

2. Coordinate with the sales team for leads, follow-ups, and customer communication.

3. Maintain records of sales inquiries, quotations, and orders.

4. Follow up with customers regarding sales proposals and order status.

5. Prepare sales reports, customer reports, and performance data.

6. Handle customer queries and provide support.

7. Coordinate with operations, accounts, and logistics teams for order processing.

8. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

9. Knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes.
